FAQ’s
How can I be sure that I can trust PRBP to deliver the agreed assignment outcomes as promised? What are their professional ethics?
- PRBP is a value-based business and these values are clearly stated as the basis for our working ethic for clients, associates and suppliers
- If the clients feel any part of the relationship has broken down because PRBP have breached their values we will refund all fees involved, no questions asked
- We are happy to provide the contact details of previous assignments as references. We provide a range so that the specific choice is yours not ours
- Nearly all our work comes from referrals – we spend very little on direct business development or marketing
How can I be sure that PRBP have experience in the dynamic and market place environment of my particular type of business?
- We are always happy to give you a list of clients we have worked with in the segment over the last few years
- We will provide a large choice of telephone numbers of key clients/contacts for reference checking. We will leave the selection of the contact to you
- Ask us and we will be always completely transparent. The decision is yours.
How can I clearly understand the professional fee structure involved in my assignment that there will be no hidden extras?
- As part of any assignment profile we inform you ‘up front’ of the relevant fee schedule which is given in writing and clearly stated for that service and details of how variations can arise and how.
- For the component ‘work completed on the assignment away from direct contact with the client’ we keep a record of time and date of any such work, what it covers and its content.
- For a ‘one off’ assignment which has a clear finalisation date we invoice on completion. Where an assignment is ongoing we usually invoice at the end of each calendar month for work completed during that month so that both parties are always fully updated with cost/revenue obligations i.e. no surprises
What happens if I have an issue of any kind in my dealing with PRBP
- To minimise the risk of this happening we have an extensive initial briefing to define all aspects of the assignment; and the results – client/partner obligations and under takings. These are confirmed in writing.
- We also like to work with new clients on a ‘pilot module’ initially to ensure that the relationship is sound and comfortable We rarely ask the client to make a long-term commitment be it financial or of any other kind – until we are sure the relationship will work for both parties.
- Even on longer ongoing assignments we like to work in finite modules with a progress review at the end of each module. This gives ‘space’ for feedback and discussion
- Should there be an issue, either party (client or partner) can terminate the assignment
- We encourage ongoing client/partner dialogue to minimise issues
What is PRBP policy towards personal profiling information i.e. DiSC, HBDI, psychological
- The individual assessed is the owner of the information (regardless of who has paid the invoice) and that any information can only be shared with others with their expressed permission.
- Note: sometimes their permission is specific and sometimes as part of the profiling ‘term and conditions – at the choice of the participant.
- Feedback on individual profiles must be given to all participants asap by appropriately accredited person in the instrument involved. This can be done in a number of ways: by phone; direct one-on-one; or via a group workshop; or in the case of HBDI via HBDIinteractive
How are PRBP invoices formatted?
- All fees are shown net with GST added to the total
- Assignments are broken down by individual component then totalled. We do not give a ‘consolidated’ total only. As with your restaurant bill we appreciate your/our need to understand the components and fee basis in the mix.
What is your policy towards privacy or client information?
- We fully understand and comply with all privacy legislation
- All individual personal and client business is regarded as ‘strictly confidential’ and will not be shared with any third party without the expressed permission of the owner
- This applies to personal profiling information regardless who has commissioned or paid for the profile
